4G came in November to give an estimate on repair work that was necessary to protect our home from water damage. After assessing the problem they agreed to come back. They never showed up, and completely ignored all of our messages and attempts to contact them to confirm. Our house was subjected to moisture damage, and because most companies shut down for the winter, we are now unable to get someone else. They could have just told us they weren't coming so we could get it fixed. Shameful!
