New Auto Service Manager "Robert" double bills on repairs and getting an estimate, no matter how done (i.e. scanner or tech looking at vehicle) is now being billed and not credited back under repair- you are paying extra for any sort of diagnosis. Used this garage for years with previous service manager and franchise owner- with newer franchise owner and this new auto service manager it has become dishonest- will never use again.
