Have always had great service in both dine in and take out. Food portions are huge at a good price and never had a problem with food always great

We have always enjoyed going here for lunch or supper. Everyone is friendly and the food and service are great.Dinner for 1 is enough for 2 plus leftovers for another meal.

Good place

Reasonable prices, good generous portions. Pretty much the standard Chinese Food (i.e. egg rolls, chow mien, won-ton soup, chicken balls) with some more exotic dishes as well. Food is generally brought out very quickly and has good flavor. Atmosphere is a bit tired looking (old tables, carpet) but this is typical in a small town. Been here many times and not been disappointed with the food or service.

Never Again

Our order was delivered at the said time, but was not hot. The Cantonese Chowmein was not as we remembered. It had only 3 shrimps, mainly noodles, a few vegetables, and very little pork, and no almonds. Have you changed the recipe or chef? The chicken balls were OK but not hot. The sweet and sour sauce was so thick the spoon stood up in it, Reheating had no effect at all. This was supposed to be a treat on Mothers Day, but was a big disappointment for us. But we are happy in knowing that it will never happen again because we will not call again!

My Family wanted Chinese and this was very disappointing, I ordered and found the menu costly but portions are good. I picked up and brought it home to wonder where this smell was coming from it was the sweet and sour pork, not so sweet nor sour tasted terrible left a really bad taste in your mouth everyone had a small bit and nop no one could get it down. The egg roles tasted like the fries I ordered for the kids, the rice was fine but the noodles had way to much of something on them, the honey garlic spar ribs the sauce was like water. Over all not a good experience and when I returned the sour pork because no one had any and the rest well didn’t bother the service was poor, I got my 9$ back with a not so nice response so sorry but I offered mine also no cussing never needed but will never recommend going there to anyone. So sad I love Chinese food I miss the trading post!!

Jades is the ONLY Chinese food place I go to! They have excellent service and even better food! The food portions are HUGE, you'll definitely be taking home a doggie bag. Traditional Chinese restaurant decor, friendly and fast servers. The restaurant accomodates large groups while still being very attentative to the other patrons. They offer eat in, delivery or pick-up all which offer the same portion sizes (which you don't get with a lot of restaurants, normally take-out/delivery is a smaller portion) Keep up the good work!

Their lunchtime menus are amazing, great tasty food, oodles of it,hot and very fresh, veg is cooked to perfection not soft or soggy, and the prices cannot be beaten! Yeh, the decor maybe outdated but if they change it the prices will go up and we all suffer. My most favourite chinese restaurant!!!!

WE were celebrating an birthday, in laws recommending this place, great food, great service, good prices, very clean for a chinese place, My only issues, very bad outdated decor to look at, uncomfortable seats, and we sat next to the kitchen with 2 huge swinging doors that flung out at you everytime a waitress or waitress went in and out

Jades is my favourite Chinese takeout place in the area. I drive through 3 counties (Oxford, Brant and Region of Waterloo) in the course of my day, this is my preferred choice.

This was our second time at this restaurant and it was as good as the first. The vegetables were stir-fried just right, not tired and overdone like in a lot of places. The portions (esp the combination plate) are huge for the price. And they remembered to bring the lemon sauce for my lemon chicken separately as requested. A good, reliable Chinese-Canadian restaurant.

Amazing food, excellent service. It is truly a newfound treasure in the city of Paris. From experience, Jades of Paris is far more superior to any other chinese style restaurant. I will visit again and again.

I find the food is pretty boring anytime I've had it there. It seems to lack any real flavour, though that could be because they don't use MSG in their stuff. That being said their portions are pretty decent and all meals come with complementary white rice.
