I would give a five to Joshua and a two to the dismissive uncaring female manager. Did not attempt to fit the glasses and refused to give me the parts left over from replacing the arm on my extra pair that I brought in. Said make sure you can read this chart and walked away. Only get Joshua for your appointments.
I had gotten an eye exam there last July. I expressed concerns not once, but twice shortly after I received and purchased not one but two designer frames that the prescription was not correct. Rachel, the manager at the location brushed me off both times insisting that I need to just let my eyes adjust. Tried calling for 3+ hours on a weekday, no answer. no answering machine. Got hung up on multiple times before even saying hello. Bent the arm on my glasses and wouldn't fix them. Became fed up.
