There are a couple of things that we found less than statisfying with the job that was done. The duct work was cleaned but the dirty was all over the floors and the basement had dirt and stuff from the ducting blown off to the sides. There was no vacuum brought into the house to clean up this dirt. The cleaning and vacuuming was left for us,not what the video shows on they're website. There were numerous holes cut into the ducting and a lot of the metal had to be picked up. All in all not very good work in cleaning up. We would not recommend this company to others
