Discount Car and Truck Rentals Offsite Airport

Due to online booking options, this location comes up often for deals. After the 6th time using this location, we will NEVER be using it again. Service is overall terrible, and the customer is made to feel as if they are to blame. The shuttle service can take so long to arrive it seems almost unbelievable, and after your rental time begins 2 hours late, there is no offer to compensate. It really is too bad, there is one girl there who is awesome and does what she can, otherwise it is a joke.

Vehicle for our move was 2 hours late. Returned a day early and no refund despite being told we would receive one. Manager is incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs!

Booked a cargo van a week ago. Nicholas was kind enough to email us 30 minutes before close of business Saturday to let us know it was 'unlikely that they would have a vehicle' for the following day. Less than 24 hours notice and with no time to make alternate arrangements. When I called, he was incredibly unhelpful and indifferent to the situation he'd left us in. Will never use Discount again.

Scheduled a D class driving test last minute so needed a vehicle immediately. Was able to get a 20 foot truck in good condition almost right away. Staff worked extremely hard to get me into the vehicle and onto the road as fast as possible.
