    Worst rude staff - unfilled orders - orders wrong. Was hung up on. 3 orders screwed up in a row, no apology, no corrected order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE INSULTED.

    This concept is amazing and really needed, particularly in cold Canada. However the false advertising of getting your drinks within one hour is false. It took 2.5 hours for our drinks to arrive. I had to call after one hour to check on it. If the demand is too high then it needs to be met or the customer must have compensation. I will not be using this service again. Next time I will get in the car and go pick it up myself.
