HEY SANCOR OSHAWA - Your service and sales teams SUCKS! We bought a system in 2019, we waited over 9 months for it to come in because of manufacturing changes. Now, we need to replace the water valve, and GUESS WHAT? You no longer carry anything for our VF500 system because why? You are changing manufacturers AGAIN! So now I have to order from the USA and ay duties, taxes, (54 USD) shipping (45 USD) which is more than what the part is worth (45 USD) , plus converting from CDN to USD. NOT HAPPY
