Bad business, bad practices, they lie about almost everything. They don't actually have stock and order as you go but don't mention it on their website. Avoid at all costs

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. Zero communications whatsoever. Emails were never responded and you can't even call them (tried both numbers on their website). Items I ordered were not in stock but no one from the store even bothered to let me know. I needed the item right away as I was going out of the country. After about a month, they claimed the item is being shipped from their warehouse (even though they said max 20 business days on their website). I had to make a Paypal dispute claim from this

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE !!! Test them first... Before ordering online, Call their number 1-855-464-4376, M-F 9-4 EST and see if they even answer your call. Once was a good place to order Airsoft items. I gave them a lot of business and was happy. Now, they are very difficult to contact AND if you have a problem, like me, difficult to resolve without going the Credit Card Dispute route. Do not know how the storefront is but online it is the worst experience I have had.

Put in an order on their website. After 5 weeks it still hadn't shipped. So email them to cancel order. They did not reply.The next day they shipped 2/3 of my order. They refunded the 1 item that did not ship. When I got my order 1 of the 2 items was not what I ordered. I have emailed and called 4 times each. No reply via email. No one has ever answered the phone.

I ordered 2 high-capa magazines and it took hero outdoors over 6 weeks just to ship it. I tried calling them countless times but most of the time their phones would be off or they wouldn’t answer in general. When they would pick up and answer my questions, all I would get was “it’ll be shipped either tomorrow or next week”. I finally received them today but one of the mags had a CO2 cartridge inside of it with some air still inside of it and that mag won’t hold a complete seal.

Abysmal company. Ordered products over six weeks ago and have not received anything yet. Have emailed and used their online messaging system to request order cancellation and have heard nothing in response. Hero Outdoors will list products as "in stock" on their web site while not actually having any product on hand. They claim they have a warehouse -- this warehouse is actually another retailer that they buy and resell to you. Do not give Hero Outdoors your business. They are fraudulent.

Severe lack of customer service. Good luck dealing with returns/exchanges. Watch sizing.

Do not order. Very bad service. No response to emails and products are sold on website that are not in stock (they order from other vendors). I waited over 1.5 months to get an airsoft gun that they claimed was in stock and coming from their overstock warehouse (they later admitted that they were ordering from a 3rd party and re-selling).

What a joke this place is, ordered a blowout special that was listed as a new item, shows up with an open box and broken to the point it was not usable at all. When I tried to contact them they would not respond to any emails or phone calls. I would NEVER suggest anyone to buy from this place due to their horrible customer service. The only way I could get my money back is by filing a PayPal dispute and paying out of my own pocket to ship it back.

I bought an AEG from them online, was supposed to be full metal, the model i was sent was not the model purchased when asked about the issue i was told THE WEBSITE MISLABELED IT IN ERROR from there i had 2 options, i could keep it and get a free ship coupon for next time or send it back for a replacement so long as the AEG was not used, it was not so i sent it back. 3 days later i received the exact same AEG I had sent back, when questioned about it i got no response email was flat out ignored.

Hands Down the worst store front and online shop in Ontario. This place is an insult to Airsoft and Airgunners across the province. 75% of whats on their website is not in stock. They take your money and order it later from someone else. Theyre just a bunch of greasy middle men. The workers are not experienced with the products they are not techs or even interested in Militaria they are students and clowns from the street. The fact that they mark everything up 30% isnt even the worst part.

Got a non working clip 4 weeks ago and still no getting response to return it.

Very friendly and knoledgeable staff, great variety of products, great exchange policy...My husband use army clothing for more then 10 years working in the garden and around the house and must say they clean easy, dry fast and they last longer then you imagine. I highly recomended!!

I must say that my dealings with this company have been POSITIVE to date. I have placed a few orders with them and all has gone well and the products I received were as described in there advertisements. I recently purchased Army Boots from them and they were in Great Shape. I have talked with customers service over one order and all was quickly and politely delt with. Hero Outdoors will be a place I will shop at again.

The online shopping experience was very negative. Hero Outdoors has good pricing and I always try to encourage Canadian companies. So I placed an order for some paintball gear a month before I actually needed it. I did not get the order in time. Well, this company have no morals, they will bluntly lie to your face about how they process your order, They will say that it’s getting shipped from the “warehouse” which I feel that it doesn’t exist, I ordered on April 16 and my order “didn’t process till the 26 of April” I called Eberlestock, even them, told me that they are a NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! And they are the worst company that they ever have to deal with, you can call eberlestock and asked them about Herooutdoors they will tell

Sold a gun that had multiple things wrong with it. I bought it brand new for 150 dollars. Took it home. Used it for about 2 mins then stopped working. I took it back to the store. He made me replace about 3 things including the mag and two other things on the inside. At the end of the day i had spent 350 since i couldnt refund it. His excuse was “shouldnt have bought a cheap gun” when i specified i was on a budget. Why sell a gun when u know it doesnt work...

DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM HERO OUTDOORS. After asking 3 times to have my order cancelled, they fake shipped my order when they didnt even have all the items in stock yet, when I called them on it they still refused to refund my money.
