This guy is very unprofessional, start with one price, then ask for more money with hourly, He should not be working as this guy has some medical condition, Not fair for clients. He knows the job, but other tradesman think, his work is filthy. Unprofessional with showing up on time and date given by him. Even you pay extra, request him to show up, as nobody want to take over his work, or they charge begin price. Basically stuck with him, show up one time or two. only work 4 to 5 hours in a day,
