I stopped by to pick up supplies for my snake & I was concerned when I was looking at their reptile/amphibian tank display. There was a small snake (looked like a baby corn or garter) without a dark spot to hide inside a tank that was labeled leopard gecko. Inside with it was a dish of meal worms, which they do not eat. Their spiders were still in their plastic containers that they arrived in, set inside the tanks. The previous time I visited I noticed their Whites Tree frog passed in its tank.
Staff pretty friendly, prices are reasonable, good selection, fairly knowledgeable, some pet food have a reward program, hours are ok I wish they were open til 8pm but they are open on the weekends which is still very helpful, clean and convenient location. They could use an on call animal groomer that does birds as well, I know they have been around awhile and deserve the business, great store thanks Critter Cove. TanyaR

I came in at 5 minutes to 6 pm closing. Knew what I wanted, they were courteous, showed me selection, it was $20 less than December 2016 and $40 less than expected. Win/win. I paid and am happy to say product is working well. Thanks.

They are terrible! I was promised early November that they would have a animal in stock it's now January and they still don't have any! I am very frustrated with their customer service!
After this this bush-league operation sent me the wrong product, I patiently worked with them to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Jason, "the boss" of this operation was not satisfied with my chosen method of return and proceeded to tell the me how "frustrated" he was with me, how he will "discuss" if/and how much of the return charge they can reimburse (for their error) and how part of this is "my fault" for sending it back to them out of my pocket. Avoid this company if you value your sanity!
