Canadian Tire Auto Service

I cant recall a time I attempted to purchase a sale item that actually rang up as displayed. These people put combo packs under sale signs and argue with you when you call them out on it. When I was sick of waiting on the employee to go back to the aisle and check a price today, I returned to find the sign gone. Id feel bad about the 16 dollars an hour the 65 year old manager brings home but she isnt even worth that much.

I was at this Canadian Tire store Monday night. I had noticed a vibration in my car on the way to go and pick up a christmas gift I purchased online. My back tire was loose, the bolts were loose. I went into the auto centre to ask for help and they basically told me, sorry we are too busy to help you. I had to tighten the bolts myself and take it somewhere else. horrible customer service here!!

Frustrated customer.

This is the worst Canadian tire store I have ever been in. I have been going to this store for over 35 years and over the last 10 years it seems that the staff wants to avoid serving customers. They can't make eye contact in case you might want to ask them something. It's very frustrating. I have had enough of this type of service and will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Fergus store where they are very helpful.
