OAC used to be my go-to repair shop for years. They have been (and still are) honest which is very valuable when it comes to repair work. They used to offer generous rates and we never had an issue with the repair jobs.
The last few time the repair work was close (or more) than dealership prices that would have included oem lifetime warranty.
They are still good and wont repair unnessesary things, which is important - but be prepared to pay for it.
After 15 years of being a customer of this repair auto business, they have reached an all time low. I was told to drop off my vehicle at 9 am. So I did. I told them that i required all four breaks replaced. I then rented a vehicle for the day. By 3:30 that afternoon, they had not even put the car in the shop. I was promised a phone call by 5pm that never came. I told them this was unacceptable and asked to give me the keys for my car. They then slapped me with a diagnostic fee of more that $100.
