    The woman who hel...

    The woman who helped at the desk was very condescending and rude. Her explanation of insurance policies seemed to burden her and aggravate her as I was just trying to gain knowledge and enlighten myself with information I did not know. As a business owner myself, I would never treat my clients so disrespectfully. Fast service, yes. Friendly service? Quite the opposite.
