Have been trying to get a chest to complete my bedroom set. Have been sent 3 chests and all 3 damaged. This was a high end bedroom suite that was purchased cash up front. Now I am still waiting to get this issue resolved. Been 3.5 months to this point. Leons Newmarket shows no remorse for the hassles. Each time I am told I have to wait another 4 weeks for replacement. I have been living out of storage bins and our bedroom is in disarray for months. I am long time customer 45yrs but no more.
We purchased a sofa and love seat from the Hamilton store . after the first month we had to have someone come in to do a repair and then again two times after that !! This was not cheap furniture. Over $5,000 for to pieces that we were told were genuine leather everywhere the body touches. Wrong !!! The back of one of the recliners is starting to peel off to expose the plastic under it !! We feel we were misled and cheated and nobody seems to want to do anything about it !! Thanks for nothing..
NO STARS for this store and even customer service! It is so hard reaching out to them even if it is their mistake about the delivery! Very frustrating!Not a happy customer and NEVER will go buy there again& will make sure to spread the news to everybody I know not to purchase anything from you! They just put you on hold and then tells you theyll transfer your call until the line just ends.When you call back again they never answer coz they see the same number. VERY DISAPPOINTING & FRUSTRATING!!
Leons is absolutely a worst company that provides a terrible customer service and low quality products. Actually, the customer service does not exist and there is lack of management in this company. They do not even care of loyal customers. I have been suffering for the last two months due to the fridge and Windsor Store General Manager is one of the worst manager that I have ever dealt with any other company on the planet. She can not even stick to her commitment that she provided in writing.
Ordered a gas cooktop and it did not fit for our application, wanted to exchange the unit for one that did fit as per TSSA code and they would not exchange. Was told would have to order a new one due to it being a special order. No where on my receipt did it state this was a special order. How can Leons sell code non-compliant appliances to its customers. I find it hard to believe that the appliance company produced just one of these units just for me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHAMEFUL.
Worst customer service ever, received a damaged recliner waited 6 weeks for replacement then they sent the love seat instead of the chair been waiting 2 more weeks for a response when I was told they would contact me the next day with a delivery date. Will never shop at Leon’s again. It’s the only company where the customer service NEEDS a customer service.
Bought a bedroom set from Leon’s and discovered once I unpacked the boxes that there was a part missing.Leon’s told me they would order a new one and it would take 7 days to arrive.Its been almost 3 weeks and I’m still waiting.The most annoying aspect is that they have exact same model on their showroom floor but won’t give me the part I need.I have a bed that’s in pieces and I can’t use it.Poor customer service
Waiting for delivery for 14 weeks instead of 3-4 weeks as promised verbally and 5-6 appears on their invoice. Customer service is just missing, it was a problem even to get the email address to send them complaint. They misinformed about every point, even invoice includes different numbers (not as we discussed with sale person).
Shopped at Leon’s Hamilton and had a terrible experience. Sales person misinformed me every step of the way. Messed up my financing and now paying more per month than I was originally led to believe. I have it on voicemail and print that they provided wrong information. All the store had to say was sorry with no acknowledgment of mistake or assurance it won’t happen again. I’m left dealing with the consequences of their ill advised sales and account staff. Store manager hung up on me. Shame on U
We ordered $4600 of new appliances. We had to track down our order when they did not provide a delivery date like they said they would. We are now being told they are on back order after waiting 5 weeks. We are now considering cancelling the order because this has been a mess. Ordered them by their suggested date and now we will be without appliances for 2 months. Not impressed by their customer service and we will never order from them again.
Terrible place to shop will never buy anything there again they charge you for you goods but do not have the item so you wait for 6 months and the have your money then they ask you if you want a refund after using you money I think thats like stealing.
special order sofa, coffee and end tables called said it was ready after put a thousand dollars down went in to pay the rest they said they only had coffee table had sold the rest to someone else, she said she would speak to the manager came back said they wouldnt have the order for two months asked to speak to the manager he was on lunch ha ha very funny leons dont like to be treated like a fool
Hi..just bought Ge washer from leons and the damn thing wont work after trying for first time..wanted my money back was told all sales are final..waiting for tech to fix on Monday...I will never shop at leons again..kit/ ont

Terrible outfit to do business with THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT We have experienced nothing but grief since buying new appliances in March 2017 our dishwasher went on the blink beginning of Sep it is now Dec 19th and we still have no dishwasher both LEON`s ,Frigidaire and the repairman have done nothing but stall its been on excuse after the other i am ready to sew all of them We are a older couple ,both disabled taking care of our in laws who are in their late 80s
Ordered a fridge August 17th online. It said I could pick it up the following week. When I went to get it, they told me it was back ordered until mid September and that I couldn't pick a different fridge because it was a special order item. NOTHING online said it was a special order item. It is now November 1st and I am still without a fridge. The new projected date of arrival mid November. When I contacted customer service they told me the deliver date was an estimate not a promise!!
absolutely no customer serves abilities at all. I will wait until Sears makes a come back before shopping at Leons in Winnipeg again.
your London store advertised an espresso machine this weekend NONE IN STOCK we will let you know when we get them in and then they asked me to pay for it. no way you see I am a 94 year old veteran and I have trouble getting around so I walked out disgusted is that the way to treat customers
horrible customer service - spent 30k on living room set, bedroom set - every single piece was damaged. They take forever to fix, repair or replace the items. Go somewhere else!!!
