Koz Bingol Restaurant

I asked for a glass of Tap water to my surprise, he claimed that the restaurant does not serve tap water and I have to buy bottled water. This practice was odd and I never heard about it in Canada. Then I asked for an empty glass which he again denied to provide me an empty glass. The food arrived one by one and it took 45 minutes to get almost all and by 7:45 one meal was still missing. We checked and we discovered that he forgot to place that order even though we had tw had the order number.

The quality of the food is perfect, staff are so friendly. I went there with my colleagues from different countries, everybody enjoyed the food.Highly recommend

Not sure what the negative comments on this site is about. I have been to the place three times in the past two months and my experiences have all been great. I've also recommended this place to friends and most of them agree that it's a meat lover's heaven. The price is very reasonable for the portions, and the food is delicious. If you are indecisive, I recommend getting the chef's special to try a little bit of everything.

absolutely garbag...

absolutely garbage, food is teribble, customer service non existent!!!!! i went there tonight for the first time, after placing my order which was a chicken donner and a chicken donner plate, i noticed the guy making it in flat a bread(fajita type) when i mentionned it to him, he told me they were out of the proper bread then when i asked why they are still offering it to customers, he simply looked at me and added some rice in a aluminium plate and gave it to me as a so called plate!!!!!

i have very bad experience to make a dinner with you, guys. Waiters is not friendly, and I been feel like I am waiting for this food for free. I waiting more like 25 min and thinking, they just cook for me everything, but after i will see, this guys FORGOT my me order and by me. and when I ask, how come that happens, my waiter told me "I have not time, I am busy". Guys, i do not ask you to give me food for free, I come after work and wont to make my dinner for my money.
