Should be NO STAR...No customer service at all! Do not bring any of your business to this person. You will just waste your time going to him, very inconsiderate. I lost my whole day of work because he keeps on promising that hes coming to do the job. Waited 3 1/2 hours and still saying another 10-15 minutes and hes coming! John Flash does not value your time so might as well go somewhere else.
I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Came 2 hours later than scheduled to do a mobile glass repair on my car. Damaged part of my car in the repair process. Said they would send someone "the next day" - stood me up. Said they would send someone between 11-12 the following day - just arrived at 3:30.
Throughout this ordeal, I have been repeatedly lied to by the owner who would say things like "they'll be there in 10 minutes" even though this proved to be untrue (more like 2 hours). I have hung up on, and just generally been treated with disrespect. Avoid like the plaque.
