Come taste a delectable meal at Aroy Dee Restaurant. They are easily reachable by public transit and bicycle and are situated in a location packed with restaurants and stores.
Horrible food. Try to surcharge when we "wasted" their gross food. Made it sound like they were doing us a favour for not surcharging.
Heard staff in the back making fun of us for raising concerns
Love this place! My all-you-can-eat strategy: eat as much as I can before I realize I'm full. Most places make this difficult because you have to wait for someone to come take your order and you can never find them when you need them. Here, you order as often as you want on the iPads and the food comes FAST. Great variety: I get full before I run out of things I'd like to try. Definitely recommend! Try the Basil Noodle and Crab Rangoon.
I thought it was great, the right kind of selection, fast and fresh. I didn't try much of the Japanese but I was very pleased about the other asian selections. The size of the portions was well thought out, I going for variety and selction not a big plate of noodles and rice. Excellent crab rangoon and the curry pineapple was the best I ever tasted. 0 complaints here.
Seemed like a great idea with the several different cuisines and the iPads to order from but it just wasn't that great. If you've ever been to JT Sushi here in North Bay, you will be disappointed with Aroy Dee. With both JT sushi and Aroy Dee having the exact same prices, I was hoping for something better. Won't be going back. Even had one couple stand up and leave while we were having dinner due to their frustrations with the forever malfunctioning iPads they use.
