I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 7edge, I had to go back to the store twice in total but I found that the staff tried to help, but was busy with costumers. I ended up speaking to the manager who talked me through the issue over the phone. The staff does try to help, but no fault of there own are always busy. But they do try to help there customers.
