We booked 4 nights today and try to cancel after 40 min cause we find out our little one sick/flu. This hotel told us sorry to hear but doesn't matter if someone is sick they will still allow to stay and not going to refund or cancel the booking. I will not recommend to anyone staying in this hotel.
Stay away from this Hotel... Stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Niagara Falls, stay away from this place, blood on my sheets, mattress as you can see. The supervisor on duty could not care less, more worried about getting rid of me so he can go back on his cell phone, placed me in another room & the sheets all dirty. When I complained to Wyndham head office, they sent me back to deal with the same management at the hotel I had a terrible experience...
I cancelled other reservations to use a groupon for here. I was supposed to receive a number of vouchers. When I went to the casino to use the $50.00 free play voucher, the casino told me it was not valid. The hotel had only given me a photocopy. It will be my last stay since I have a strict "fool me once" policy. I will not be using groupon to book hotels either. Also, I wonder sarcastically how long the vacuum cleaners had been broken at the hotel. The floors were filthy!!!
I booked this hotel and when we got there they wanted a 100.00 deposit on the room so I gave them the 100.00 then they wanted 10.00 for parking I will not pay for parking when I am a guest.. (I have stayed in NYC and never had to pay for parking) so we left they charged my credit card for 2 nights I called and had to fight with rude people to get one night back and they kept one nights cost because I did not stay??? Im still fighting this cost charged to my credit card...we stayed across the road at the Days inn.. its cheaper and free wifi and free parking and nice people
Hotel billed me a penalty supposedly for smoking in the room when my husband and I are non-smokers. When I first called (after seeing the charges on my card), they said it was simply an amount to verify the card validity and it would be refunded within a week. I called back after a week to find out I was misinformed and that the charges were for smoking in the room. When I asked for more info, they said they had "evidences" but couldn't really tell me what kind of evidences. They transferred me to their manager voicemail who never contacted me back (2 weeks ago). So I am really wondering how much money they make for charging client unfounded charges once they are gone without letting them know and without teling them what the charges are for.
