    over-rated

    We went on a Thursday night, when we came into the restaurant it was not busy. The wait staff had a difficult time explaining the specials clearly. We never got water refills without asking twice. we were never asked if we wanted mroe drinks (hello $ opportunity for the restaurant!) Service was not prompt. We got the wrong dessert. The wait staff never asked how our meal was. Wait staff and mangement appeared to be walking around all the time not sure what to do next. The food tasted decent but this is not good value. If the service improved, this place could be much much better for sure.

    Even Better Than The Last Time

    We frequent Niagara Falls and have been to almost every restaurant that has been recommended to us. Most were pretty good (Antica Pizzeria was my favourite) - but I'm still thinking about the steak i had last night! The Beef Baron surpassed my expectations. The last time was great so we went back again - this time was phenomenal! It was all great - but like I said, my mouth is still watering. We stayed for the lounge after as well, which is also nice. It's a great idea - dinner first then walk into the lounge after for dancing and drinks without having to drive around and look for parking again. Overall, it was my best night in Niagara Falls in several years.

    Fantastic

    This past Easter I was unable to make it home to see my family and my boyfriends mother had gone away for the weekend. So, we had an Easter of our own and decided to visit Niagara Falls and check out the Beef Baron following a recommendation from a friend. The food was absolutely magnificent. I strongly recommend the escargot as an appetizer–it was deliciously seasoned!! We also tried the N.Y. Steak Sandwich and the Grilled Sirloin, which were fantastic as well– cooked to perfection (very moist)!! The service was excellent and the atmosphere even better! If you are in Niagara Falls it would be a mistake if you did not visit the Beef Baron. I promise you will not be disappointed.

    great place

    randomly went the beef baron, found the service to be very polite and fast. they knew their menu and helped pick the perfect meal. i liked the new atmosphere with the smooth dinner jazz in the background. i liked the menu like the keg but better and no so commercial. great place and would recommend it for any occasion
