    These people DO NOT tell you earlier that their charges are NOT covered by OHIP. Also, tried to speak with someone regarding an appointment. Kept listening to music for a long time before hanging up. Their website do not provide any email address to contact them either.

    I was in to see Dr Jagan May29th 2021. My eye pressure was very high and I was offered gloucoma laser surgery as another patient cancelled. I accepted. Later that evening I developed big problems in my right eye. My eye swelled shut and and I was having awful headaches. I called the pharmacist as I was panicking. Friday May 30th I left two messages on thier post surgical hotline. My calls were never returned and it was up to me to find another doctor who was professional.Still have heard zero.

    Yesterday Dr. Salyani and his team told my mother if she didn’t submit to new testing (used to be yearly... now much more frequent and of course at a cost) that he would refuse to have her as a patient anymore. When she asked him why he replied ‘Covid’. He is a money grabbing elder person user. DISGUSTING.

    I’d give 0 stars if I could. I should have read these reviews before I went here. The waiting time is CRAZY. I had to leave and not even see the doctor and with eye drops in my eyes. There were 17 people in the waiting room to see 1 doctor. I honestly thought there must be 4-5 different doctors, Nope, just the one. Do not go here unless you want to book a day off to sit there. Also, there wasn’t even one professional person to talk to or to warn me it’s a three hour wait. Big waste of time

    I have been trying for over a week to get a prescription renewed with the Newmarket office. I spend hours on hold on the phone and no one ever answers. When I finally get thru, I am told that the Dr. will not be in till the next week. I wait for the next week and still no renewal and now I cannot get an answer at the office again. Over 2 hours on the phone and no one is answering. I think this shows a total lack of respect for their patients. HOW FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

    I have been calling this office for the past week to make an appointment - have called almost 20 times and so far no one has answered the phone and there is no answering service to leave a voicemail with! Every time we have an appointment here with Dr. Salyani, we end up waiting 3-4 hours which is very difficult on my mom who is 82 years old. They need to start answering their phone and improve their time management!

    Waiting time sucks!!! I take my uncle here and it just wait wait wait wait wait wait wait . Watching birds fly by . Wait wait wait and a bee flying around my car . I’m still waiting !!! My kid needs to poop!!! Need a potty house for the people who waits . And a coffee truck too! Can’t leave cause ya don’t know when my uncle is done ?? Yep wait time was between 1 to 5 hours ! I’m sitting here right now and writing this right in front of medical eye building . I even finish one movie in my car!

    It is impossible to reach anyone at this business. Every number goes to a call center that no one ever answers. Impossible to change or discuss appointments ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR ASSISTANCE !

    Very poor time management. Appointment was for 9:50 and after 20 minutes with the technicians and tests, I waited an additional 2 hours to see the doctor. How do they get so far behind, is beyond my comprehension. It is not an emergency department and worse, not apologies or explanations. The sad state of our free medical system.

    Had an initial consult in August; Dr. Hassanlou indicated that surgery would be booked in and around November. Attended appointment for eye measurements and agreement for surgery Sept 21. I followed up in Oct and Nov; surgery booking target moved from Nov to Jan and then to late Spring. Jan 2nd still no call. Terrible, terrible service. Ask to be referred elsewhere.

    Incredibly difficult to get ahold of, gave no notice of upcoming appointments and tried to change appointment the day before. While at the office, I waited for my procedure while the technicians gossiped about very personal matters and various different jobs opportunities. Very unprofessional environment and staff.

    Terrible customer service. They do not explain what they are going to do. The receptionist has no clue what's going on. Everyone is incredibly rude. DO NOT GO HERE!

    Receptions are very RUDE, there are no manager around, called few times and been told 'manager are in diffident location' dont care about client. provide appointment after 4 month to visit a doctor. horrible. dont ever go there

    Was given an appt...

    Was given an appt for Dec 12 at 9 am, then they changed it to 1:20. Went to Newmarket location for my appt and no one was there, doors were locked. Clearly I was booked at a different location in error and not impressed. A waste of my time and my husbands who drove my down. Not happy. The first time I went for my appt initially 6 months ago, I walked in, no one at desk to great me and it took an unacceptable amount of time to even be greeted and processed.
