    The mechanic shop is zero. Took my car there for brakes and ended up missing my sunglasses. If you can’t trust a business with your stuff better to piss on it.

    Worst auto centre in Newmarket. Rude staff. Unskilled mechanics. Wasted my money and time. I will never take my car for service there.

    Have decided never to do auto service at Canadian Tire Newmarket again! Yesterday was the “last straw that broke the camel’s back”. To do winter tire switch and oil change cost Almost $260. The only extra service was change in cabin filter. On reviewing the bill at home, we realized that they had a charge for a part that was not installed. There was also $100 charge for labour! The car was 30 mins in the shop.

    Tried to steal my money. I went in for a safety check and they told me $1300 worth of work need to be done to my car which included 2 new tires and a new control arm and tie rod (conveniently the same things that I just got replace but on the other side of the car). I went to get a second opinion and NOTHING ACTUALLY NEEDED TO BE FIXED. I passed their certification with no issues. NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AUTO RELATED

    We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

    Service dept is horrible. I had an appointment to get new tires. Waited about 45 in store while watching the "kids" that work in the shop stand around and do nothing. finally they called me while i was in the waiting room to tell me that they didn't have the rims in stock. I guess making an appointment 2 weeks in advance doesn't mean they will reserve the parts you need. Worst service I have ever seen!!

    Looking to get an e test. Called this location and just got forwarded through an automated system. Cant get a hold of an operator or the service dept???!!! Im going elsewhere.

    The customer service at canadian tire is usually horrible. However at this location one of the managers went beyond expectations of try and help. Me. Unfortunately I don't get his name.

    do NOT recommend this store for your tire service!!!!!!!!!! I bought a tire from this Canadian Tire. When they were installing the new tire, they told me that it was missing 2 tire nuts. They said they could not find it anywhere _ even where the spare tire was. So, they offered to order the missing 2 tire nuts from my car dealership. I decided against this. Instead I went to my car dealership. The staff opened the trunk and within 1-2sec found the "missing 2 tire nuts"!

    My experience is ...

    My experience is always horrible at CT. I try not to go back but I keep getting enticed. This time I bought a Patio Heater. Expensive $600 plus. I asked the CSR to see if all the parts and item were intact. They assured me it would be perfect. I get it home, damaged. Take it back and 35 minutes later waiting from approvals from the Manager because it is such an expensive item etc. I am free. Brutal customer service and management. Avoid these people if possible.
