This company is so awful. My washer machine broke I called on a Monday. They couldn't get the service guy out till Friday. The service guy said my Samsung washer needed a new wiring (2year old washer) . They didn't order the part till the following Wednesday they said it could take up to 14 days for the part to come in ... 7 weeks later the part arrives, when I called them for a update that's when they told me the part had arrived and it would be another week for the guy to put the new part in!
The technician who serviced my dishwasher was very nice and professional. I had to take a personal call right when they arrived and you wouldn't have known they were here. Dishwasher works great now as well! Very pleased with the service.
The service quality is great but beware it takes over 10 days to actually get anything fixed w mudges!! Call someone else who actually values their customers!
