Definitely a minus star, the driver left 2, out of town senior citizens at the roadside without a tow or assistance. The service was disgusting especially since I have been a member for almost 20yrs! Would not tow the vehicle because of outdated insurance slip, apparently policy! I call bullshit on that as I have never been asked to show proof of insurance. Then asked for a ride to Canadian Tire to pick up parts to make the repair on the roadside and was refused that as well.What a joke.
