Went there this weekend and food was great, very fast and helpful staff. The prices are very reasonable: 2 dollars for a San pelligrino, less than 10 dollars for almost every dish. They also have a buffet option where they let you try an assortment of things for around 12 dollars. Will go back soon!
From the cashier who spent the entire time I was there on the phone, including when she was taking my payment, to the guys behind the counter who worked so slowly it was painful, this was truly bad customer service. In fact, I was not even asked what toppings I wanted on my shwarma. I suppose it's their good luck I have no allergies. When I tried to tell them they should let us pick the toppings, they actually ignored me.
I took my sandwiches home hoping that they'd be so fantastic that it would cancel out the poor customer service. Unfortunately, they were only mediocre and, of course, included toppings I would not have chosen.
No chance I'll be returning.
