Speedy it wasnt. Came to my house Tues. morning & advised me the shock absorbers were broken. Don’t use your washer-I’ll be in touch. Took $85 & said it’ll be used towards the repair. Heard nothing. Followed up Monday-Jay returned my call. Admitted he was out of town & couldn’t find the part & apologized that no one kept me updated. I told him I have the parts.Ordered off Amazon.I asked how was I able to find and he wasnt.One week zero communication. Got it installed by someone else & it works!
