Have NEVER been treated the way ive been treated at this restaurant, the owner is rude, unproffessional and has no idea how to treat customers. Would never recommend this location to anyone mainly because of the way i was treated but also because of the lack of taste and usage of fresh food, and if you ever get take out from them ask them to double wrap it apparently the chef doesnt know how much oil to use in the food because i kept getting oil saturated food not once, but three times! Ive finally had enough of this place...terrible
This location used to be a buffet-style Indian restaurant that I ate at several times. The buffet's gone now and the prices have gone up, unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down. I ordered Pakora as an appetizer and thought I was in for a good meal - nice and spicy and crisp. Then the Chicken Korma arrived! The promised "succulent pieces of chicken" turned out to be tough leg meat from a bird that was likely drawing a pension when it expired. The sauce was almost entirely tastless (it takes a special talent to produce flavourless Indian food). I love the sweet, nutty, creamy flavour of korma; I didn't get it here.
First time I attended the highway 7 and 404 it was an okay experience. Food was not bad and the service was good. Therefore I decided to go with a larger party to try it out again and omg was it a mistake. The food came out in less than 5 minutes and it was horrible. The butter chicken was not cooked properly and everything was piping hot however it seemed like it was just reheated. I would definitely not go here again. Not sure about the Mississauga location however the Brampton one sucked.
I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family. It is near to my house, so we went there. After waiting for an hour the food finally arrived on the table. I never had such a bad and tasteless biryani in my life. It was overcooked and was not tasty at all. The Butter Chicken was tasteless. The food was not fresh at all. It seems to me that their aloo gobhi was prepared one week ago. I can say this from the food's smell and the flavour. We have been to so many Indian restaurants before but we never had such a bad experience. The food spoiled my mood and my birthday. I am not going there at any cost. Such a wastage of money and time.
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. Service is a little slow as the restaurant is always busy. The food is delicious (and the menu accurately discribes the dishes for those not familiar with them). The better choices on the menu are the tandoor (dry) dishes rather than the curries and gravies. Our favourite are the Sheesh Kebabs and Aachri chicken. The biryani is different but grows on you. The takeout is a great option as well.
GREAT !!!! I THANK THE FERN FOR TELLING ME ABOUT THE BOMBAY !!!!
Food is delicious but a bit heavy. Aww man, after a long day of work, I recommend calling em about 20 mins earlier and ordering Chicken Tikka, Naan, and Fries. Just take a seat on the couch, watch a movie, and eat some fantastic food. This is what I do, and it relaxes me very much. The service in the restaurant is friendly, and the environment is elegant. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been.
awsomeeeeeee must go... look the look of the placee
I love this place! Just the thought of their food drives me insane.... It's just that good. I've been to many, MANY Indian restaurants in my young life, but this is by FAR my favourite. Their chicken tikka is to die for, the roti always piping hot and delicious. I found the service to be absolutely flawless, and not slow at all, contrary to some of the reviews I read before me. Excellent service, great ambiance, awesome music, AMAZING food.... Just go for the food, you won't be disappointed.
food is amazing. prices were pretty good too and portions are perfect (a little left over for lunch the next day :). very professional service. wish it was closer to my home!!! the Cury chicken rocks!! rice pudding was great to finish with too.
I loved it good job guys. I work at the Premier Fitness across the street and we all love bombay.
I have been to less than 10 Indian restaurants, but Bombay Bhel is by far the best. Food is delicious, especially the Vindaloo and Curry dishes. Naan bread is always fresh and warm. Generous portions. The service is somewhat slow, and that is why I prefer take-out. Still, for the quality of food, you must try it.
Very pleased with staff. All dishes seasoned to perfection. If you are a fan of curry you must try the establishment. Kudos to the management.
The food is a bit heavy but its really good. I had a nice nap afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a different style of cuisine.
WOw amazing food. Butter chicken is amazing. WOWOOWOWOWOW their everything is good. really improved
The food is too expensive, although the servings were generous. The readers should be ready for this.
sounds like the one on Hurontario with Eglinton .. but don't be fooled by the name. Water with chlorine taste, mild food that was too spicy for our mouths hours after we left .. but above all .. how can you prepare food with spices and end up with no taste? don't try the spinach, or the chicken tandoori or the lentils. And go there if you have some time to kill.. they won't rush you up .. actually you may wait more than 1 hour before you will see some food.
