We ordered for sesame chicken..kung pao chicken.. manchurian fried rice.. and asked her which noodles are good.. she said hakka.. s we called for chicken hakka noodles.. collected the order.. came home checked that she didnt listen to the order and gave manchurian hakka noodles instead..kung pao was more of ginger chicken. Called restaurant next day telling them their mistake .. much to my surprise the lady started blaming me that i called for spicy which i didnt because we dont eat spicy
Today, I had my worst fried chicken called Pepper Chicken in this place. The chicken was bitter, sour, dry and chewy. I told the waiter that there is something wrong with the chicken and asked him to taste it. He is more interested to tell me that the pepper chicken looks good visually. I spoke to another person and he was also talking about the appearance of the chicken. These people clearly doesnt understand the difference between appearance of the chicken versus the taste of the chicken....
Terrible experience. Chose dish based on menu description and when the dish arrived and it was totally different from the menu description and tasted terrible, they would not let me switch it. Totally unaccommodating.
Food lacks flavour. Bold tastes are absent. Staff is not as friendly. Had better food but quality is being sacrificed for quantity of people being served.
