inferior quality, poor service

we bought a coffee table there and was told to handle transportation and delivery of the table by ourselves (100+ lbs). they refused to even assist in getting the coffee table out of the store. upon arriving home we discovered that the glass for the coffee table was defective - very noticeable dents along the surface. they refused to have someone come and take a look at the defect or bring it back to the store and won't even accept pictures of the defect, saying we have to go and find a delivery company and pay more $$ to bring it into the store for them to take a look even though it was their fault to begin with. the overall attitude of the employees in the store matches the quality of the coffee table -- terrible.
