My wife and I ate at Steven's resturant the other night and OMG, we couldn't believe the service, the food and the attention to detail, and well chatting with our server(very nice) she picked up that we were celebrating that night and at the end of our dinner showed up with a "special" desert for the both of us "on the house" WOW, this was our first time in BUT you can sure bet it won't be our last
Steven's Restaurant is a great all around spot the food is great the servers are wonderful and the atmosphere even though it is dated is very comfortable and clean.
The portion sizes are huge you get your moneys worth and then some. I love the addition of the outdoor patio area nicely done!!!
Garlic bread is excellent,
vegetable very average overcooked
veal was very good pork chops (2)

It needs a restaurant makeover....Big time. Although I would recommend going there for chicken wings. For nothing else I would. Not the best atmosphere. Yet it is probably one of the only places in markdale to dine - thus it seemed to be quite popular when I was there
I have eaten at this restaurant several times. It is an ok place to go. The food is plentiful and lots of bread. It's rather bland and boring. Canned/frozen veggies and salads are predictable: iceberg lettuce. Fries are hohum frozen. There's quantity for sure and the service is good.
Treated excelent, Food was fantastic succulent lobster, steak was one of the best I've ever had and at $21 dollars for Canadian Angus beef great bargain. excellent value. Highly recomended.
