On April 4, 2019 Ambulance arrived at 22 Glastonbury Rd., Norhtbrook, called by visiting Occupational Therapist. Female in extreme pain from a fall in March. Wrote a note to ED Dr. to have patient stay at least 3 days for pain control. To be taken with patient to emerg. One of the paramedics read the note & laughed saying, ya like thats going to happen,proceed to tell me how strapped the Health Care system is & they will probably send her home. Not enough space to continue with my complaint.

Very rude on the phone. I called to ask which hospital they take their patients too. The woman that answered the phone was very rude. No compassion what so ever. I asked where they would take patients to. Whaich hospital. My father in law might have had a heart attack. I never asked for any other information other than that. I could have called the hospital or went there to find out what is going on. She very rudely told me I can't tell you that. Than hung up on me. What the heck.
