Have dealt with them for years and the service is always great. Make an appointment they are busy people.
I took my car in to check what was wrong with it. Turns out I just needed a small part. The part was suppose to take 3 days to come in.. It took a little more than a week. When I went to get the part put in.. it took the man less than 5 minutes and he charged me $20 plus tax. He charged me a rate of 20mins/1hr - $99/1hr.. when it was clearly 2minutes. He told me it was 10mins was for the earlier date when I had brought my car in to ASK what was wrong with it.. It took him less than 5mins to find out because I had told him the issue. 10mins for switching the ONE washer fluid bolt. (It took him less than 5 mind you ) Long story short. Do not take your business here. HE overcharged me for a 2min simple job. Im not car savy, had I known he was going to charge that much, I would have bought the part and let someone else put it in for $10 or even less.

I took my car here for my tires to be changed...THEY broke a piece...charged me for 4 new pieces (when I only needed one because they broke it) and an hour labor. The total bill was $125 more expensive and they didn't even call to tell me that they would charge me for their error. They just expected me to pay it when I picked up the car! I am so angry!!!
