I use Robert Q at least once a year and Ive never had any problems. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this comoany!!
I see I’m not the only one to waste my time just to help others choose a better means than Robert Q. This company is delusional in its claims of high quality service and customer satisfaction. Had a complaint with a driver, tried to take it up with customer relations. I clearly conveyed my concern in an email, but ended up being given the run around and harassed by bogus calls just to delay a response and hope that my matter went away. Helen “operation’s manager” is rude & ignorant! #steerclear
Don't accept blame for own mistakes. My flight was delayed and I called and said that I was still going to try to make the bus. The lady said that she wasn't sure if they can wait for me but they would try. I made it through security in record breaking time and ran like crazy to make it on time. I got there 7 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The bus already left. There were no apologies. They didn't care. They wouldn't be treating customers like this if they didn't have a monopoly.
I paid $66 to go from Toronto to London. Long flight and I wanted to go home without any hassle. Confirmed by phone and paid with credit card they'd drop me off DOWNTOWN but then the driver only picked up a woman at one lame motel and drove her to a different one then dumped us in a weird part of town. Called to complain.. was told by a different person that the van doesn't stop in random places. If I'd paid $25 I'd give em 2 stars (Greyhound actually is $25 and I would give them 3 stars)
I phoned Robert Q to tell them my luggage was delayed. I was to leave at 1:30am. I was outside before 1:30am on the phone with Robert Q looking for the bus. He said the driver had not left, but they wouldn't wait for me because I wasn't 15 minutes early... So, even if you are there before the departure time they will leave on you. Which means I will never take this service again. I don't recommend it to anyone. The next bus is at 4am. It would have been fine if I wasn't there before the departure time... But, for them to leave on me before the departure time is rude and unprofessional. Gives me 1.5 hours to write bad reviews for this company. This isn't rocket science, this is how companies go bankrupt...
I recently used the Robert Q Shuttle service to the Detroit airport (and on the return as well). The service was excellent - everything from booking to sending a detailed itinerary, a reminder to bring my passport, a very clean van and professional drivers. All that and the bonus was not having to drive and leave my car at a park and fly. I would highly recommend using their service!
