love this place , i get frustrated VERY easily. that being said , it's very stress free dealing with the staff at this location, Especially "Tracy" she went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed , when i needed it . and didn't try to upsell me any B.S . in fact, she did everything she could to keep it as affordable as possible for me. almost forgot i was getting a new tire because everyone is so personable . idk what you pay your staff, but give them all a raise!- I'll be back. :)
The guys at Mr. Lube were probably the best Automotive workers I’ve had care for me. Period. I was from out of town and noticed my tires were really low. I rolled in and they said they’d do it for free! They even topped up all my fluids to which they told me I was extremely low on coolant. They also checked under the car and noticed a small leak. Needless to say everyone should be coming here. Never seen better hospitality anywhere.
