My son purchased a laptop for school from there, a display model (full price). The laptop malfunctioned not a week later, and when we went to take it in they said there was nothing they could do because their contract with HP had run out. My son had misplaced his receipt, so the store would not offer a refund. They did however offer 25% off a more expensive laptop, for which my son would have had to pay an extra 300$. You may as well go to Best buy for this kind of bigshot service, at least there you know they get first selection from the supplier and have better product.
