I was not sure what to expect when I walked into my hall on my weeding day as the hall staff told us we could not get in until the day as there was another event the day prior, but the ferreira staff made it happen. When I walked into the room, I was amazed at the transformation in such little time. My guests were very pleased and my husband and I, along with our families and wedding party had a great time. Based on recent experience, Ferreira Party & Wedding would be rated 2/5 stars as their method of business was disorganized, careless and unprofessional. My wife and I have requested the courtesy of their reply for 7 weeks now since our wedding and despite their quick replies prior to the wedding and final payment we have not heard back from them in any form of communication to discuss our concerns from our wedding day.
