I hesitated to phone based on reviews. Phoned to ask about instructions for making their cider. The lady who answered went over the process with me and emailed me a copy of the instruction sheet.

Terrible company with bad service. Invoices are always wrong and they overcharge on everything. Way better options elsewhere.

Bought some potassium metabisulphite from them and followed the package instructions for sterilizing must prior to fermentation. My wine did not ferment, no matter how much yeast I pitched. After consulting with pro winemakers familiar with the chemical, they informed me that the instructions say to add 4 TIMES MORE than you should. Twice attempted to contact their customer service and zero response. Over $100 down the drain. Don't buy their products. Terrible business practices.
