Kawartha Home Sitters, “Trusted Care When You’re Not there” Serving families in Lindsay and the Kawaritha Lakes area. We offer professional house and small pet sitting and are the answer for vacationing families, frequent travelers, un-planned emergencies, irregular and long work hours, snowbirds and cottage owners. We are family operated, with over 25 years of law enforcement and emergency services experience. We are pet and home owners as well. We know it's difficult to find someone you can trust to look after your home & small pet. Even if you don’t have a pet or if your pet is lucky enough to travel with you it is important that your home is checked & we can provide you with this service without you feeling like you are imposing on friends & family. Giving you the peace of mind that your home is being supervised & well cared for. We also check your home if you have sold it & it will sit empty until your closing date. Check with your insurance to see how many visits are required.

    This is not some fly by night company, Kawartha House Sitters is professional and trustworthy. They are great to deal with and provide updates as often as I like. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend to anyone.

    We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and a hamster. Penny from Kawartha House sitters looked after all of them. We went away for a week vacation and were able to leave the animals at home. Her and her husband walk the dogs, give them attention along with looking after the house. They gave us daily updates, it was a worry free vacation and our animals were able to stay at home.
