Used to order from them 2 times a week until last night when I had a horrible experience.
I ordered a #6 sliced chicken and the waitress on the phone thought I wanted a full order instead of what I asked for was dinner for 1.
When I got home I didn't have my soup or egg roll or chicken fried rice. I called and complained.
The person who took my order said I told her full order (I didn't) and was angry that she had to fix it. She said 15 minutes come pick up what you were supposed to get. No apology just confrontation!
2 minutes latee the chinese boss called and said she heard my original call (was she tapping the call) and that I'm wrong and the order taker (who was new) is right even though I've ordered probably 30 times from them with no issue! She said I am not owed anything so will not be getting what I ordered.
I will never ever order from them again! For the owner to be confrontational over an egg roll and rice makes me think they clearly don't care about making customers happy. Stay away and go to A1
The atmosphere is not the greatest but they definitely make it up with their flavorful food and polite and helpful service. We've been going there a few times and will return again. No Doubt.
