Cheerful warm greetings as always and all the services are very professional! Love getting pampered @ Kur Salon!

So very not impressed. Just keep in mind that the smiley face and the customer service stops the moment you paid. I had a very expensive shellac pedicure ($70) before taxes and tips ...very next day shellac on both big toes lifted. I get back in , get them fixed - guess what? Very next day the shellac lifted again on one toe. Called back twice, hoping to get it fixed - the owner couldn't make the time to call me back. Would definitely not recommend this place - If you do go there pray that they

Great atmosphere and very friendly. I'd recommend Ku'r to anyone looking to try out a new salon in the KW area.

I booked an appointment for today, got a babysitter so I could I enjoy a nice massage. I showed up and they tell me that the masseuse called in sick. I was furious because I go out of my way to have a relaxing hour and I'm out of pocket with the babysitter for what? I should have at least got a phone call so i didn't have to go out of my way and could have canceled the babysitter. I'll never be going back again.

I've only had great experiences at this Salon and Spa, for hair, makeup and spa services. I am not sure what the other 2 reviews on here are talking about, as my family and I have really enjoyed the staff, atmosphere and pricing at Ku'r. I feel like they're the people on trip advisor that write "terrible" reviews about a 5 Star resort with 97% positive feedback. Sometimes you need to read between the lines. Too bad there aren't more people that spend time writing positive reviews on these sites.

New Products Great Staff

Been a Kur devotee for some time - have always had an enjoyable experience. The owners bring in new treatments- products and offer all at very reasonable prices. Love it!
