NOT IMPRESSED

My boyfriend went to dinner here TONIGHT, and the table next to us had issues with their food before we even got our food. When our food arrived at our table it looked fantastic and we both started to enjoy our meals, my boyfriend got salmon and i got steak which I asked to be WELL DONE, the vegtables in both dishes were hard.. but my potatoes were good, i went to bite into my steak to see that it was still bloody ! GROSS, so i sent it back, and as i was waiting my boyfriend was eating his salmon, i am not a seafood eater but i know when something isnt cooked... i asked him if it was supposed to be that pink, from the previous times hes eaten it it was more of a white colour.. he cut into the middle and it was RAW --- not cooked --- it was so disgusting we couldnt believe it, the waitress offered to take it off the bill we were so dissapointed we just left.. we had a very friendly waitress though.. we will NOT be returning to this loctaion ever again

great food!

Absolutely love this place, the service has always been friendly and fast unless you're going to bring more than 4 people as I've been to a party dinner here and the food was cold the wait staff was unorganized and they seemed very confused. When I've gone with just my family of 3 they have been amazing! Love the food!

awful

fish tasted awful. so did fries, ol was old and needed changing server very nice but the replacement sandwich was awful too why do we have to have such poor quality food in k.w and be saisfied with it. been here 20 years and still looking for good fresh food, cooked from scratch and not microwaved, not possible. will be staying home from now on

I thoroughly enjoy Kelsey's. I usually go to this Kesley's once a week at least and love it every time. There have been very few exceptions and I have had great food and service nearly every time. The atmosphere is very nice too and this is the best Kelsey's in the area. They have delicious Honey Garlic Chicken Wings.

I had the veggie burger since I have issues with meat. Well, as it turns out I got sick. Very sick in fact. Don't think I shall be returning.

Like this place. This Kelsey's has best...

Like this place. This Kelsey's has best atmosphere. I recommend the Cracked Peppercorn Burger - very filling and good price - have it with salad - and you still get 2 big onion rings. Just wish the beer wasn't so expensive - I wish they had specials.

We have been going to this restaurant for over a...

We have been going to this restaurant for over a year (at least once a week) and have always had excellent service and with very few exceptions, has there been any problem with the food. And hwen there has been (such as cool food or undercooked steak - they have always brought it up to our satisfaction - often with an apology and some kind of compesnation on our bill. Steve and the staff here are super and are always very accommodating.

Ordered the cream of brocoli soup. usually have no problems however in this case it had a case of cross contamination as it contained some pieces of bacon bits in it. Manager was courteous enough to cover the costs of the meal for everyone on the table. Must state that since that incident I have been gun-shy about going back to any Kelsey's restaurants. Since this comment review is specific to the restaurant location I cannot say much else other than the fact that the chef or cooks need to be grilled themselves. Gave it a low food score due to the fact of cross contamination. Service was acceptable.

Went for dinner one night with friends. We were seated close to the kitchen. I saw the waiter eat off my boyfriend's plate before he brought it out to him. We called the manager over and told him and were told that it is an ongoing problem. We were not compensated in any way. No tip was left and I will never return to another Kelsey's again.
