I went there to get at couple small parts for a van my dad had just bought (Center cap for aluminum rim and little 1/2” x 1/2” cover for Shift lock on a 2014 caravan). These guys wouldn’t give me the time of day! I was told it was a $25 minimum charge, I said I was ok with that (businesses have to make money), then they changed it to per piece....lol.
Certain they just didn’t want to leave their office for such small parts.
Phoned for a quote..rude rude rude woman..her quote was $200 less than 4 other quotes I got. When I asked her "why so little?" She said WHATEVER AND HUNG UP!!!Tryed to call to talk to the mangers. ..she's the maneger!!! WOW never again will I deal with this company!..Someone from another Discount Auto in T.O is coming and offered me $175 more! If you post a bad experience she will say your a lier..BIG FAT ZERO FOR U!! USING YOUR WORDS "WHATEVER"!!
I agree one star is too much for this business. I was offered one price for my scrap car over phone. Later that day I took car and park it on their parking lot it was after hours with intension to call them next morning to tell them about car. Next day price for car was way lower so I decide to come and drive it to other scrapyard. Somebody unscrew valve from tire and let all air out. After I was confronted and asked to pay for parking. I was so happy to sell this car to another business.
We have no problem with customers leaving reviews as long as they are true. This is not! First off NO one let the air out of your tires. Your car was left over night and all day in the way, no one phoned in or left a note. The quote you were giving was the same as what you were told on the phone and as you stated you found someone to pay you more! You were also extremely rude. We have way better things to do with our time than let air out of tires.

Come here all the time for my parts, staff is good parts are cheap. The service has definitely improved a lot in the last year not sure what's with the bad reviews. Will be back for sure never has an issue. They will get the part you need if they don't have it in stock Thanks Guys and girl
Service was good, part was in good shape price was fair. Called a few different places and there were the cheapest. Will be back again when I need something also had a huge selection of tires too Thanks guys
I wonder if I can give zero stars? The owner is so rude ... thinks that if a Customer does not buy his product as it does not fit his vehicle, he is wasting his time. I will not advise anyone to go this place even if he is giving free stuff. Worst worst seller I have seen in my life. No, no, no to this place.
Called to inquire about a part, the owner couldn't wait to get me off the phone, I was interrupting his time, so I took my business else where, thanks.
