Very disappointed. I ordered a 40 of whiskey and a 1 liter Smirnoff ice. I said a one liter. The driver came to the door with a mickey of Smirnoff vodka. The driver said that was all the order was. New years eve. spoiled. Thank you sooooo much. B and D forgot to place my order years ago. that is why i did not use them for years. I will never use you again and will tell anyone who will listen about my experiences. Incompetent. Do not use.

Sooo,,,I had recently posted a review about this company and it wasnt very good,,, truthful but not Good,,,I am now going to repost ,,,the owner,,,very cool guy( I must say handsome,,lol) has called us several times,,,to apologise,,,he was very concerned about what happened,,,!! Couldnt say sorry enough,,and to my surprise he brought us a bottle of our favorite (40 creek) awesome,,,,thank you,,,and we will order again,!!

Fast and efficient service! Great for the nights you can’t get out and pick up more for your party! They arrived quickly and the driver was friendly. I recommend their services to all who ask!
Missing package of value and they can’t reach the driver - not their first screw up and they don’t care about the mistakes they make or the stress they cause.
Great delivery service fast polite accurate.
B & D staff and drivers are always polite and professional! Even when they're running behind due to weather, long week-ends etc, they're still MUCH faster than ordering off the store sites where you have to wait 2-3 days (IF it's in stock) and pay twice the amount for home delivery!!

I have been a customer of this liquor delivery company for over 20 years! It was this winter's cold temperatures that made me realize just how much I truly appreciate B&D Deliveries. On a very cold afternoon, I was heading out to my local grocery store, when my car wouldn't start. Long story short... I called B&D Deliveries and they actually picked up some groceries for me. Wow! I am a regular customer as I order from time to time, but had no idea the extent of their services!!! Thank you.
Great service, been using them for over 10 years. They're always reasonably fast, unless you're calling 30 minutes before the lcbo closes of course. Never waited over an hour for delivery.
I've been using this service for almost two years and there has been a great decline in quality. They claim to be "fast and efficient" however the last few times I have ordered with them it has taken between two and a half to well over three hours for my items to be delivered. Granted, the weather has not been great, but THREE HOURS? I've called in twice to inquire about an order the first time I was greeted by a young man who was not very well trained, and the second time a woman who clearly does not care if she keeps a customer. Both promised the order would arrive 15-20 minutes from when I called, and both times that was a wild miscalculation. I will not be using this service again and I will be discouraging others from using it as well.
