they took our car also and are holding it for ransom.. Run don't walk away from these dishonest people. they prey upon people at the scene of accident.. they will not return our car even though we asked 1 day after the accident. Why they aren't in jail is beyond my understanding. It cost the insurance company $1500 to get our vehicle back after 1 week.

Please DO Not CAll ABLE TOWEING. Im a widow and a senior that had a accidentat Ottawa and homer Watson, needless to say able was there to assist in minuets . Because I was upset I listened to them. They towed my car to their holding center and wouldnt release it for Two weeks but playing games with intact insurance. It cost the insurance company 2,000.00 just to get my car to be taken to be fixed. They are sitting there and waiting to prey. on people like me at a very vaneralble time.

Showed up on scene trying to get my business after hearing a call come out on a scanner I guess? EXTREMELY rude and pushy driver. I declined them on the basis that they drive terribly all over the city and I was going to use my preferred tow company. Ive been regularly tailgated by these guys when I refuse to do 2x the speed limit that they like to drive around KW. Owner has berated me continually on facebook after Ive left constructive feedback as well - very unprofessional and immature.

Definitely one of the worst tow companies you could think of doing business with in the tri-cities. The drivers for Able Towing regularly drive VERY fast and VERY recklessly on city streets, driving as if theyre in some sort of race to a crash with no regard for anyone but getting there first. On MANY occasions I have had incidents where Able Towing vehicles have cut me off, tailgated me, and nearly run me off the road with their reckless, fast and dangerous driving. Reporting to the police.

Your driver was driving dangerously by following too closely in a subdivision and when brake checked (for a reason obviously) didn’t like it and confronted me then came back and cursed and called me names. He knows he was wrong or wouldn’t have identified the “brake check” and came back for more confrontation in a subdivision late at night. Chose a 1 star rating as default, won’t let let me choose no stars or negative stars.

This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. They literally go the extra mile to help you. Great customer service and take the meaning literally that they work with you. Call them and have an enjoyable experience.

The drivers are reckless, speeding and disrespectful. The company does not take complaints well and will call you vulgar names while he tries to defend his driver. I control a fleet of vehicles and would never, ever use this Merchant again.
