The staff here were fantastic. We came in during an emergency situation and they were great. During a crisis situation we were vulnerable and after the fact we were appreciative they treated us with respect and didn't try to take advantage of us.
This is the first time I taken one of my cats to the vet and I did not feel like I got ripped off! He did not suggest all kinds of tests, I told him my concerns and he followed through. He is very kind and seem genuinely concerned. It was not a fast sell of tests that we could run becaus eit could be blah blah blah money maker. I have experienced this too many times. I highly recommend the Frontenac clinic!
