I bought a boat from them this summer and one of the specifications that was on the spec sheet about my boat was not actually installed on the boat. Yet the salesperson know that feature was key to what I wanted to have installed later. They told me that just because it is listed under boat specifications - if it is not under features just below then why would I think it would be on the boat. They seem to just be doing double talk and not taking any respsonsiblity to find a solution.
Just went to the Ottawa boat show with purchasing in mind. The sales representative was very nice and answered my question I felt confident in purchasing the boat until I met with the financial manager. He shoved a peice of paper in my face and told me I had to put 1000 dollars down to hold the boat. I was trying to read the papers the guy shoved at me and he was getting annoyed asking what was my hold up why is it taking me this long to sign up!! He was the most arrogant person I have ever met!
They play really dirty.

Really good customer service. Have had to deal with Mr Villeneuve as a saleman and transaction went smooth. Jenny and people from Parts/Services are honest, flexible and good on customer service. Recommend this place with no hesitation! 5 Stars +++++++!!!
Last Friday July 30 we stopped in to the Boat warehouse and looked at their 2007 318 Four Winns. Spoke to Garth in sales about our trade in - 28 ' Regal. He said he would do some research and get back to us on a price with a trade in. Today is Saturday August 7 - to date we have had no feed back despite emailing him every day and telephoning him several times. Each time he says the owner is working on a price and will get back to us. We have waited over a week to negotiate a deal on this boat.............absolute poor customer service. And if we didnt call him, we wouldnt have had any discussion at all. This is a $125,000 boat they dont seem very anxious to sell, nor are they anxious to do any business. Extremely disappointing.

I am sorry that this happened, unfortunately our salesperson Garth, was forced to retire early after 15 years of service. Some people Garth had dealings with at the time did not get responded to if it was by email. Those who called did get put in touch with another salesperson. We have been for many years the largest Four Winns Dealership in the world and the Largest Lowe Boat dealership in the world. We take our business very seriously and try to make the purchase and delivery experience a great one. I am sorry we did not in this case.
