Great place for drinks and maybe appetizers, but not for dining. Food is bland, and boring. Vegetables are waaaay overcooked. Great for a night out of dancing and good times, but that's it.
The food was awsome easily the best steal I have ever had and the waitress and waiters were very friendly too and the cowgirls were pretty nice too the only bad part was it was really loud and this was all before 9 so I wasn't ever in the full craziness that I heard about
Stopped in after work recently with a few colleagues (~5:30 PM). We had to ask twice to turn the music down so we could hear each other speak. The food was just okay overall. The wings were actually pretty good sized and tasty. Both servings of the salmon were a little dry and overcooked. The burger was identified as just okay. The service was friendly but a little inattentive. They tended to cluster together and chat which made it difficult to get their attention for a drink refill or a second beer.
Upon arrival at The Crazy Horse in Kanata Centrum, I was delighted by the real western atmosphere throughout the restaurant . An unoriginal theme, maybe, but this restaurant has really made the feel warm and rustic all in one. Being the only people in the foyer area of the restaurant, I expected to be served right away.
Not so.
I patiently waited seconds too long as the abundance of hostesses gathered around the welcoming booth finished their conversation regarding their highschool drama.
Once seated, close to the few other guests in the restaurant, I was served at a decent speed by a kind and helpful waitress. When deciding between a few items that looked good, I orderedthe chili, to find out it was unavailable today.
Settling with the baked macaroni and cheese, I was happily settled down when the meal arrived, more than satisfied by the good sized portions and home-cooked charm.
