Great service every time

Terrible customer service

Tired to order with the coupon flyer, they offered 1 three topping pizza and then a free pepperoni pizza. I asked to have the pepperoni moved to the first pizza as my kids pick off the pepperoni and just want cheese. I was told no substitutions. It's not a substitution is moving the topping you were already going to place on one pizza to the other. Also no where on the coupon does it say no substitutions. Ask to speak to the manger and had the rudest experience. Will not be ordering again.

I have been a loyal customer for few years, pizzas OK. But not ALOT of choices around. Anyways, this is the second time they screwed up on a delivery order. And they wouldn't take responsibility for it. When I complained and said "this is how u treat ur customers?" And she said "yup".. That's all I needed to hear. Smitty's customer service is awful...no more chances.

Love the 10$ walk in

Love the 10$ walk in special, really good pizza and the most reasonably priced in sutton. Only thing I don't like is when you ask for half half toppings. They charge you full price on the half topping, other pizza places don't.
