Wonderful Service

While doing laundry I noticed that 2 plastic rings on the top of the hotwater tank had melted edges. I figured that my venting was blocked and there must be something in the chimney. I thought I saw a squirrel out by the chimney a while ago. I had heard of Skedaddle/ Humane Wildlife and gave them a call. Right from the moment they answered the phone they were professional and helpful. They suggested that if i hadn't turned the water heater off yet I should do so, and made arrangements to have a tech truck over. They were here in less than 2 hours. The guys were very polite and didn't waste time getting to clearing out the squirrel nest that was causing the trouble. They had to push the 1.5 lb nest down the chimney and pulled it out from the venting in the basement. They put new mesh around the chimney to prevent this from happening again. This nest could have caused a fire and carbon monoxide poisoning! Both very serious. I am very pleased with the work done, they cleaned up inside and out. I won't hesitate to call them again or recommend then to anyone! I can't say enough good stuff about these guys!! Thanks a million for everything!

Wonderful service from start to finish

From the moment I called Humane Wildlife Control, to the moment they fixed our problem, the service was fantastic. We had a family of squirrels that decided to take up residence in our attic and Humane Wildlife Control did a wonderful job in removing them and doing everything to prevent them from returning. The whole team was very friendly and professional and clearly take pride in the work they do. I would recommend this company every time somebody asks. Thanks so much for all your help.

Excellent customer service

I would just like to express how happy I am with Humane Wildlife's service that they have provided for me. I called because I had a problem with mice. From the moment I called into the office they were very professional and understanding of my situation. Their field operations manager attended at my property to assess the situation and to give me a quote. When the guys attended at my home to install the one way doors and seal the property from further mice getting in, I was quite happy with the service that they provided as this process was not disruptive at all. The guys were very professional and did not leave any mess around. I would gladly recommend Humane Wildlife to anyone who needs pests removed from their property.
